About the Winery
A family business established in 2011 by Todd and Christi Petersen. Maple Moon is America's first and only maple winery, fermenting the natural sugars found in maple syrup with no grapes involved. Located on 80 beautiful acres in Petoskey, they produce an average of 1,700 gallons of maple syrup from approximately 4,500 taps.
