About the Winery
Maple River Winery is a small boutique winery in historic downtown Casselton, ND, opened in December 2002 by Greg and Susan Kempel. The tasting room is open year-round. Their most popular wine is Strawberry Rhubarb Wine, described as a prairie classic. They also operate Maple River Distillery two doors down, producing vodkas, cordials, and fruit brandies from local North Dakota fruits. Members of the Winery Association of North Dakota.
