About the Winery
LVVR Sparkling Cellars is a methode champenoise sparkling wine producer founded in 2012 by owner and winemaker Eric Donaldson. The entire production process takes place in-house in Lodi. Grapes sourced entirely from Lodi vineyards. The name LVVR comes from four sisters: Leticia Vanessa Virginia and Rose.
