LUSHINGToN Wines is a craft winery established in 2021 in Lyle, WA by winemaker Teddi Fuller. The name is a play on words ('lush' + 'Washington'). The winery specializes in small-batch wines including Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Pinot Meunier, with a focus on sparkling wines using Pet-Nat and traditional methods. They lease High Hill Vineyard, a 3-acre site with old vines planted in 1978 at 1888 ft elevation.
