A passion project of winemaker Hillary Gary, Lime Hill Wines began in 2019. The winery focuses on interesting blends, techniques and varietals using skin contact, sur lie aging, batonnage, and French oak aging. Sourcing from Pennsylvania when possible and Washington State. Small tasting room at production facility by appointment only.
