Farm meadery located in West Seneca, New York, owned and operated by Patricia and Joe Marshall. They feature locally sourced seasonal and varietal honeys in their meads, highlighting the flavors of Western New York flora while supporting area beekeepers. They moved production to Rusty Nickel Brewing in 2025 and closed their Lancaster taproom in December 2025.
