A 7.5-acre European-inspired private estate and winery overlooking the Lexington Reservoir. Owner Alexa Ingram-Cauchi reimagined the historic property with reclaimed architectural details. Features 750+ Cabernet Sauvignon vines, 86 olive trees (Arbequina and Fontoio varieties), an infinity pool, and event spaces. The inaugural Cabernet Sauvignon harvest was in Fall 2024. Serves as a gateway to the Santa Cruz Mountains Wine Region. Hosts annual community harvests.
