About the Winery
Founded in 2014 by Shaunt Oungoulian and Diego Roig. Three labels in one: Les Lunes (flagship single-vineyard wines), Populis (affordable wines from trusted growers), and Licorne Méchante (experimental). Lease and farm their own vineyards across 50 acres on 10 properties. All vineyards are certified organic. Focus on low-intervention winemaking with minimal additions. Known for vibrant, food-friendly natural wines.
