About the Winery
Family-owned since 1929 when Richard Lehman acquired the property. Third generation, Steve Lehman, took over 12 years ago. Lehman's Orchard added a winery/cidery to its farm market in 2008. Produces estate-grown wines, ciders, and meads. Currently makes ten fruit wines, four grape wines, two fortified wines, one ice cider, six hard ciders, and four meads. All fruits used are estate-grown. Five acres of vinifera grapes including Traminette, Pinot Grigio, Gruner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Petite Sirah, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Pinot Noir. Also Lehman's Farmhouse brewery in Buchanan. Lake Michigan Shore AVA.

Winery/cidery and farm market open Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 12-5pm, March through December. Estate-grown wine and cider tastings. U-pick tart cherries (around July 4), blueberries (around July 21). Farm market with 40 value-added products.
