About the Winery
Lauren Ashton Cellars is a boutique winery founded in 2009 by winemaker Kit Singh, a dentist turned winemaker. Named after Kit's two children, Ashley Lauren and Ashton Troy, the winery crafts artisanal wines using labor-intensive traditional winemaking methods combined with new world technology. The house style is elegant, showing traits of both New World and Old World winemaking. Kit previously worked at DeLille Cellars and studied at UC Davis.
