About the Winery
Family-owned winery producing premium estate-grown wines from their Terra de Promissio Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir vineyard and their new Texas Hill Country vineyard. Owners Charles and Diana Karren started their Sonoma vineyard in 1999 and bought a 20-acre Fredericksburg property in 2021. Their grapes have been used by renowned wineries including Kosta Browne, Kistler, and Williams Selyem. The vineyard name Terra de Promissio translates to 'Land of Promise' in Latin. Their new Texas vineyard is called Lux Libertas.
