About the Winery
Chateau La Caille is the winery and vineyard at La Caille, a French-inspired restaurant and event venue at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. The estate vineyard was planted in 1986 with Seyval Blanc at an elevation of 5,350 feet. Also grows Dornfelder. Winemaker Mike Marron crafts estate-grown wines along with Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and proprietary blends.
