About the Winery

L'Ecole No. 41 is a third-generation, family-owned winery located in the historic Frenchtown School depicted on their label. Founded in 1983 by Jean and Baker Ferguson as a retirement project, they were the third winery established in the Walla Walla Valley. Under Marty Clubb leadership as Owner and Managing Winemaker, evolved into one of the most esteemed wineries in the Pacific Northwest. Named a Wine and Spirits Top 100 Winery seventeen times. Estate vineyards include Ferguson Vineyard and Seven Hills Vineyard, both sustainably farmed. Known for Bordeaux-style blends with exceptional aging potential.
