Kognisjon Bryggeri (formerly Cognition Brewing Company of Ishpeming) is a Norse-inspired brewery with 27 taps of in-house brewed beer. The taproom features an iconic bar made of iron, steel, wood and concrete. Has two brewing systems (3.5 barrel and 7 barrel). Serves whitefish and chips via Fish Express pass-through and pizza from Pizza@Marquette. NOTE: This is a brewery, not a winery.
