About the Winery
CLOSED - Utah's first urban winery, opened in 2011 by Michael and Elva Knight and David Olson. Produced Rhone-style wines from grapes grown in Paso Robles, California. The tasting room offered free samples and the winery produced about 1,500 cases annually.
