About the Winery
Kesselring Vineyards is the only Riverbank Grape (Vitis Riparia) vineyard in America, dedicated to growing grapes native to the Sheyenne Valley of North Dakota. All vines are sourced from wild vines growing on their ranch land and the surrounding valley. They also produce Kindred Mead, a dry mead made from clover blossom and wildflower honey aged in oak barrels. Named after the old Norse word for family. They received a SARE grant for their work domesticating wild grapes. Members of the Winery Association of North Dakota.
