Small family-owned winery in Hobart (near Maple Valley) making about 350 cases of wine per year. Founded by Tom Hornberg who started making wine in 2002. Named after Hornberg's great aunt Isabella Grace, who immigrated from Italy. Wines made from grapes sourced from Yakima and Columbia Valleys.
