About the Winery

At Illahe, the goal is to make wine as naturally as possible from the soil to the bottle. Working by hand on small lots with age-old techniques and materials. The 80-acre, south-facing vineyard lives in shallow clay soils. LIVE-certified sustainable and part of the Deep Roots Coalition. One of Oregon's few horse-powered vineyards, utilizing Percheron draft horses.
