About the Winery
Inn, restaurant, and vineyard property in Greenville, NY in the Catskill Mountains. The Hollowbrook Vineyard was first planted in 2006 and is now starting to take shape after many trials. The 65-acre property features majestic mountain views, tranquil streams, and peaceful ponds. Situated near the historic Irish Catskills region. Winery not yet opened but planned for the future. Currently operates as an inn and restaurant with private catering.
