About the Winery
Founded in 2013 by renowned winemaker Paul Hobbs, named in honor of his parents Joan Hillick and Edward Hobbs who met at nearby Cornell University. The estate features 25 acres of Riesling planted high density on steep slate slopes with breathtaking views of Seneca Lake. The pursuit to craft world-class Riesling drives the focus on site-specific estate wines from the Finger Lakes. Winemaker: Lynne Fahy.
