About the Winery
Historic winery originally founded by Everett S. Crosby in 1950 in Rockland County, the first commercial winery in New York State to produce wine entirely from French-American hybrids. The original property is now part of High Tor State Park. Being revived by Marvin Baum since 2022 on a new 4-acre property on North Little Tor Road. Plans to open for small private events in late 2026 and a tasting room in 2026-2027. Will produce kosher-certified, organic wines using Hudson Valley heritage grape varieties.
