Hidden Brook Winery
About the Winery
Hidden Brook Winery is one of the original ten wineries in Loudoun County, opened in 2001. Located in a custom log cabin surrounded by a peaceful forest, the winery was built by owners Eric and Deborah Hauck. First vines were planted in 1998. The winery is nestled between the Potomac River and the rolling hills of Loudoun. Eric and Deborah's favorite varietals are French-American Hybrids Vidal Blanc and Chambourcin. Hidden Brook's approach to crafting wines takes an Italian approach - reds are softer in tannins and more fruit forward. There are seven acres of grapes.
