About the Winery

Hazy Mountain Vineyards is a family-owned winery producing wines from estate vineyards in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Between their Afton and Swoope vineyards, they have 86 acres under vine, proudly representing both the Monticello and Shedoah Valley AVAs. The Estate Vineyard in Afton currently has 35 acres under vine, first planted in 2019. The south-facing slopes range in elevation from 800 feet to 1,140 feet. The ambition is to produce wines that let the vineyards speak for themselves. Also features an on-site brewery.
