Now operating as Flower of Carolina (formerly Haw Honey). A craft honey fermented beverage producer in Saxapahaw, NC, on the Haw River Trail. Takes honey from their hives in Saxapahaw and ferments it with local fruits and juices to produce natural meads and honey sodas. Focus on low alcohol, refreshing, simple, naturally fermented meads.
