Hauer of the Dauen (pronounced Hour of the Dawn) is a family-owned boutique winery in Dayton, Oregon. Founded by Carl and Lores Dauenhauer in 1999, their 110-acre vineyard produces Pinot Noir, dessert wines, and other varietals from vines first planted in 1980.
