About the Winery
Founded in 1984 by Gilbert Gruet, whose Champagne house (Gruet et Fils) has produced fine Champagnes in Bethon, France since 1952. Specializes in Méthode Champenoise sparkling wines using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in New Mexico. One of the largest méthode champenoise houses in the US, bottling over 1.5 million wines annually. Also produces a small collection of still wines.

Sun-Wed 11am-7pm, Thu-Sat 11am-9pm. Offers guided winery tours, tastings, Grand Cru Private Lounge, patio seating, and indoor seating. Reservations encouraged for large groups.
