About the Winery
Family-owned estate winery in Constantia, NY on the north shore of Oneida Lake, established in 2018 by Elizabeth and Richard Hamilton. The winery name comes from their middle names, Grace and Tyler. Built between 2015-2018 using upcycled wood from aspen poplar trees grown on the property, with a bar made from a neighbor's maple tree. They grow cold-hardy hybrid grapes including Marquette, Diamond, and Brianna on 15 acres. Known for award-winning Estate Marquette Rose (Double Gold at American Fine Wine competition). Offers wood-fired pizza, live music, and private tent rentals. Accessible by Vanderbilt Snowmobile Trail. Dogs welcome.

Summer Hours: Friday 12-8:30pm, Saturday 12-8pm, Sunday 12-4pm. Monday-Wednesday closed, Thursday 2-8pm. Wood-fired pizza trailer Saturdays 1pm-close, Fridays starting in May. Live music Fridays 5:30-8:30pm starting May. Private tent rentals $40/2 hours (max 10 people). Dogs welcome. Also serves locally produced hard cider, craft beer, cheese, popcorn, and dipping sauces.
