About the Winery
Golden Road Vineyards covers 25 picturesque acres in State Road, NC, just outside Elkin. First vines planted in 2011. Chad and Crista Guebert purchased the vineyard in 2017, released first vintage in 2019 and opened tasting room in 2020. A certified Homegrown by Heroes farm. Part of the Surry County Wine Trail. Features estate wines from Merlot, Petit Verdot, Tannat, Petit Manseng and Traminette. Also offers Golden Road Cabins for overnight stays.
