Geoffrey's Cellars is a meadery and winery in Rockledge, Florida, crafting award-winning wines and honey meads using locally sourced ingredients. Winemaker Geoffrey Gilliard creates wines from Florida-grown muscadine and scuppernong grapes and produces traditional and flavored honey meads. The tasting studio offers tours and tasting events by appointment.
