About the Winery
Founded in 1990, Leidenfrost Vineyards is a small family-owned winery on the southeastern shore of Seneca Lake. Owner John Leidenfrost and daughter/winemaker Liz Leidenfrost hand-craft wines in small batches from 100% estate-grown grapes. The ideal microclimate produces premium wine grapes. The family-run approach means visitors are treated like family.

Tasting Room
Tasting room open 7 days a week. Spring & Summer (April 1-Nov 1): Monday-Thursday 10am-5pm (last seating 4:30pm), Friday-Sunday 10am-6pm (last seating 5pm). Walk-ins welcome on first-come, first-served basis. Groups up to 8 people maximum for wine tasting. Reservations strongly recommended for groups of 6+. Private tastings for 8-20 people available by reservation on select dates. Outdoor seating available with glasses and bottles.
