Boutique winery in the Finger Lakes committed to exploring the unique terroir of the southeastern side of Seneca Lake. Partnered with Louis Barruol of Chateau de Saint Cosme in Gigondas France. Rick Rainey runs vineyard operations and GM. Specializes in bone-dry Riesling cool-climate Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc. Sources grapes from 16 different vineyards mostly on Seneca Lake shores. 40 acres of vines produces about 10,000 cases annually. Known as one of the leading producers in the Finger Lakes.
