Family-owned and operated 27-acre estate winery in Southeast Michigan between Adrian and Tecumseh. Open since 2011, the winery is named from owner Bob Utter's interest in aviation (Flying) and his last name meaning otter in Swedish. 100% estate-grown cold-hardy grapes. Environmentally Verified Farm with MAEAP.
