About the Winery

Started in 2017 by Erik Longabardi and Benford Lepley two Long Island natives. Their ciders and wines are made in a garage in Roslyn NY out of a shared passion for fruit foraging and fermentation. For cider production they forage apples from roadside trees residential yards and small orchards. For wine they source grapes from growers on the North Fork of Long Island including an organically farmed site in Mattituck referred to as 'Elijah Vineyard.' All still ciders are naturally fermented with complete malolactic fermentation and aged in glass demijohns and neutral barrels. Wines are foot-stomped and spontaneously fermented with minimal SO2 added. Annual production of about 350 cases.
