Founded by two couples: Brandon and Charlotte Smith (from Colorado craft beer scene) and Charlie DeBevoise and Celia Winchester. Chef Brandon Cruze creates approachable, surprising menu. Features 10 house beers on tap and house-made wines. Core values: cozy, creative, caring. Wine leans small-producer and natural.
