The Finger Lakes Community College Viticulture and Wine Technology program is an educational facility for training the next generation of winemakers and viticulturists. Located in the Cornell Agriculture and Food Technology Park in Geneva NY. Features a teaching winery vineyard enology lab aging rooms crush pad and classroom. Students produce award-winning wines that are available for purchase. Not a commercial winery but produces student-made wines as part of the educational program.
