ErmaRose Winery was Houston's first Black family-owned winery, located in Katy, Texas. Founded by Marine veteran Jennifer Prothow and her mother Andrea, they crafted unique fruit wines from fresh frozen fruits including Banana, Peach, Mango, Blueberry, and Blackberry. The winery is now closed.
