Founded in 2018 by winemaker David Rodriguez and family. Name combines Greek "eno" (wine) with "dav" from David. Produces 3,000 cases annually, growing to projected 10,000. Located at Vintners Village in Prosser. Building a $1M tasting room and production facility. Versatile wine portfolio from easy-drinking whites to big bold reds. Focus on Yakima Valley varietals.
