About the Winery

New York Citys first meadery located in the artist community of Bushwick Brooklyn. Has been focusing on small batch meads made with wild yeast foraged herbs and locally sourced fruit since 2009. Meads are dry (not sweet) around 12-13% alcohol barrel fermented and released seasonally. Also operates Honey's a tasting room and cocktail bar. Has a second production location on a family farmstead in the Hudson Valley.
