Boutique winery in Alcalde, Northern New Mexico, near the Rio Grande river. Named after a centuries-old cottonwood tree. Produces high-quality wines from estate-grown grapes and grapes sourced exclusively from New Mexico. Founded by Joseph Martinez, a retired Los Alamos engineer. Known for their signature Bourbon-Aged Baco Noir. Offers private wine tastings by reservation.
