About the Winery
Echodale Farm produces terroir-based hard cider in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. The 20-acre orchard is designed using regenerative principles of permaculture and biodynamics with over 80 different apple varieties. Light, dry, effervescent ciders that are fruit-forward and never sweet.
