Dendric Estate

About the Winery

Dendric Estate is a new cidery and orchard located in the Kamas Valley of northeastern Utah, at an elevation of 6,440 feet. Founded by Brendan and Carly Coyle, they craft dry mountain cider using traditional winemaking methods. Their first product, Dry Cut, is a sparkling cider made in the Prosecco method. They planted 36 apple varieties on their 20-acre estate and use sustainable farming practices.
