About the Winery
Dakota Vines Vineyard and Winery is a family-owned winery opened on June 15, 2018, the first winery in Richland County. Located along the Wild Rice River near Colfax, about 25 miles south of Fargo. Winemaker Bob Grosz has been a home winemaker since 2003. They craft wines from cold-climate grapes and locally sourced fruits. The winery offers a welcoming gathering place with indoor and outdoor patio seating. They are charter members of the Winery Association of North Dakota. Pride of Dakota members since 2017.

Open seasonally May-October: Spring hours Fri 5-8pm, Sat-Sun 12-5pm. Summer hours Thu 4-8pm, Fri 4-8pm, Sat 12-5pm. Available for private events year-round. Offers wine tastings, flights, glass pours, made-to-order pizza, cheese and crackers. Both indoor and outdoor seating with vineyard views.
