About the Winery
Cooper's Oak Winery opened in December 2006 in the small town of Higbee, Missouri, in the gently rolling hills of north Missouri. Unique for its adjacent barrel-making shop, A & K Cooperage, where master cooper Dale Kirby has been handcrafting American and French oak wine barrels. The winery offers complimentary tastings with 15 varieties including reds, whites and dessert wines. Produces wines in re-usable Ball canning jars. Also operates Skullsplitter Distillery.
