About the Winery
Compton Family Wines is a family-owned winery founded in 2003 in Philomath, Oregon, by Matthew and Tabitha Compton. Their ethos is producing Oregon wines made with minimal intervention that remain true to the varietal character of the grape. The Comptons practice regenerative agriculture on their homestead and in local vineyards they manage, including minimal handling, dry farming, no tilling, cover crops, and incorporating animals for adaptive grazing. Their urban tasting room is conveniently located in downtown Philomath.

Tasting Room open Thursday-Sunday 12pm-5pm (June-August), Friday-Sunday 12pm-5pm (September-May). Contact for larger groups, private tastings, or event space rentals for up to 80 people. Located in downtown Philomath where winemaking happens.
