About the Winery

Claverach Farm is 300 acres in the midst of a larger 1000-acre family property in Eureka, Missouri. Has about 15 acres of fruits, vegetables, and wine grapes. Practices organic and sustainable farming. Produces natural wines with minimal intervention, focusing on fresh, alive, terroir-driven wines including primarily still rosé and white, red and rosé Petillant Naturel wines. Hosts farm-to-table dinners in a 120-year-old renovated barn. One of the few regional wineries producing natural wines. Managed by Sam Hilmer. Not a traditional tasting room winery - reservations required for farm dinners.
