About the Winery
Chertok Wines is an artisanal farm winery located at the historic Belmont Orchard in Shoreham, Vermont. Founded by Max Rose in 2017 with a mission to create New England country wine. The farm encompasses around 20 acres with 6 acres of vines including Frontenac Gris, Frontenac Noir, Frontenac Blanc, La Crescent, Itasca, and Louise Swenson. They also farm apples from the orchard and produce natural country wines with emphasis on long macerations and Qvevri aging. Not open to the public - working farm and private residence.
