About the Winery
Established in 2021 in Andreas, Cellar Beast is a woman and veteran-owned winery known for award-winning wines crafted with minimal intervention and premium grapes. Sources grapes from leading vineyards on the West Coast (California and Washington) and crafts wines in Pennsylvania using techniques influenced by traditional French winemaking. Also produces small-batch ciders. Opened a second tasting room in Jim Thorpe in May 2026. Emphasizes balance, structure, and authenticity.
