About the Winery
Family-run winery in a restored 1864 woolen mill in the historic Cedar Creek Settlement in downtown Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Sister winery to Wollersheim Winery. Features limestone cellars for fermenting and aging wines. About 20% of grapes are Wisconsin-grown on Wollersheim land, with the rest from Washington state. Offers wine tastings, tours, and a gift shop.
