About the Winery
Cavalli e Vigne is the estate wine label for the 80-acre Toyon Farm in Carneros, a unique property that combines a vineyard with a working horse farm. Purchased in 2019 by the Bonavito family, the property features approximately 20 acres of Chardonnay and 9 acres of Pinot Noir. The name translates from Italian as "Horses and Vines." Consulting winemaker Ken Bernards guides their classical approach to winemaking. Total production is around 3,000 cases annually. Visits by appointment hosted privately.
