About the Winery

Sakonnet Vineyard is New England's oldest vineyard, located in Little Compton, RI. Planted in 1975 on 169 gorgeous acres with more than 20 acres dedicated to producing authentic, balanced wines. The vineyard features a short growing season producing wines of softness and finesse with balanced acidity and bright, expressive fruit. They practice regenerative farming and a thoughtful postmodern approach to winemaking. Features expansive grounds, a tasting room, and seasonal cafe menu items.
